This is Mason enjoying his sandbox and trucks - if only the entire yard were covered in sand so he could use his diggers anywhere and everywhere, oh what a world it would be!
You can tell in this next shot just how good a job Mason has been doing with eating - lots of food makes big muscles and boy does he have big muscles, huh? :-)
Emerson has a new favorite toy - She loves this music table!! Everytime she sees it she starts to shake all over she's so excited. We have to hide it at night for bedtime because when she sees it, she just has to play...so cute!
We took the kids to the Cape Elizabeth Memorial Day parade. It was Emmi's first time at a parade and the weather was perfect for showing off her cute new summer dress and hat! Mason enjoyed seeing the Fire Trucks and really liked the people who throw candy!
Ben just finished up his first week of work in DC - so far so good. He loves his room at the International Student House and is having a good time at work. On his first day he got his picture taken with Susan Collins...I'm hoping to have a copy here soon that I can post for all to see. He got to spend part of his day Tuesday giving a tour of the Dirksen Senate Building to a group of 8th graders from Fairfield who were visiting Washington as part of a school trip. I never had field trips like that when I was a kid!!!
