Happy Mother's Day!!

Today I got the best Mother's Day present ever...even if it was a day late!
At this mornings Doctor's appt we found out that we have a perfectly healthy little baby girl coming our way! Jay and I are both so thrilled...and let me add there are some very happy big brothers and grandparents around too! The baby will be named Emerson in honor of Ralph Waldo Emerson, a relative on my Grandmother, Doris Emerson Brannen's side.
I've already made a trip to Benjamin Moore to get the pink paint samples so we can finally begin the nursery...What an exciting day!
Here's a picture from the morning - if you can make it out, her head is to the right, she is looking up toward the left and sucking on her fingers. You can see the shadow of her ear, and the bright white line just off her ear is of course her jaw bone. Then you can see her big belly and just the start of her legs as she was lying down with her knees bent up in front of her.
