Yesterday we made an offer on a new house...and it was accepted!
We are Under Contract - The house is only 2 years old, it has a large open concept kitchen and great room area, an office, dining room, powder room, laundry room and separate TV room downstairs. 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs, a 3 car garage....we just love it!
We close in 30-45 days.
The best part is that we don't have to stress over selling our current place right away as the owners of our new house are going to be moving here! They have a business in town that needs to sell before they can leave for NC, so they need a rental - So when we pack up the moving trucks we can wave to each other as we pass on RT 77!
